This is a foundation course in riding with feel. When you can ride your horse based on your breathing, seat, posture and energy, you can even take away the reins and ride on just a neck rope!
There will be various exercises in a logical order that will allow you to connect your horse to your breathing and translate everything you learned on the True Connection course from the ground to riding.
You will become more aware of the effect of your body posture and your seat on the movement of your horse. Making the steps bigger or more collected just based on your seat and hip movement is an amazing feeling.
Your horse will become your partner, also under the saddle, connecting to your energy, so you can ride as if you are in a bubble together.
The exercises are SIMPLE! You will become one with your horse, riding together from a calm and connected place.
