Hi, I'm Lucie Klaassen
Most of my adult life, my nervous sytem was dysregulated, wired to perceive danger. I was living in my head and my brain was on 'High Alert' most of the time. It brought me far in life, until I had a major breakdown and was hospitalized.
After I reconnected with my body wisdom and my true self again, I now live an authentic life, with everything it has to offer. I welcome the challenges in my life and have learned to go through the emotional states of the nervous system without getting overwhelmed.
