Working with the Nervous System

Learn simple steps to regulate yourself and become the safe spot for your horse. This 3-hour workshop is for YOU, without a horse (based on Polyvagal principles).
Result: Feeling safe and connected with yourself
Day 2
True Connection
Foundation Groundwork
Max 6 horse spots / 10 non-horse
Connect your horse through conscious breathing and meaningful body language. Start with Connected Groundwork and learn that groundwork can be easy and fun!
Result: Being relaxed and connected with your horse
Day 3
Lateral Movements Simplified
Advanced Groundwork
Max 6 horse spots / 10 non-horse
Help your horse get stronger, better balanced and collected from the ground through lateral work. Learn to educate your horse and prepare for advanced groundwork.
Result: Helping your horse to be confident and balanced

Who is Lucie Klaassen
